120ml prosecco

use a large wine glass or G&T goblet – serve with ice and a slice of orange.
A negroni made wrong. sorta. still good, and moving in on the aparol spritz territory.
1 shot campari
1 shot red vermouth
top up with prosecco
add the campari and vermouth to ice in a rocks glass -top up with prosecco.finish with a slice of orange.
Kinda like a negroni for the daytime.

serve on the rocks with ice and a slice of orange.
1.5 shot vodka
.75 shot cointreau
.5 shot lime juice
1.5 shot cranberry juice
add all the ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice – shake and strain into a martini glass. garnish with a flamed orange twist.
2 shots gin
1 shot lemon juice
1/2 shot sugar syrup
1/2 shot creme de mure (blackberry liquor)
garnish -lemon wedge and blackberries
swap gin for whisky for a whisky bramble.
Fire it all into a blendr and blitz till smoth – serve in a tall or stemmed glass with as much garnish as you can throw at it – brolly, pineapple slice, cherry. Boom.
Serve in a gin and tonic bowl with a twist of orange
Muddle the ice, sugar and mint leaves in a tall glass. Add the lime juice and rum and mix well. Add a dash of soda.
Add 1 large icecube to the serving glass (old-fashioned/ tmbler)
Mix and add the engredients
Garnish with an Orange twist.
