Mum’s Fruit Cake

8oz SR flour
1/4 tsp salt
4oz marg/butter
4oz caster sugar
2 eggs
9oz dried mixed fruit
a little grated orange rind
1/2 gill milk (1/4 pint)

Mix all, add to a lined 2lb loaf tin, and cook at 180ºc for 90 mins.
