Whisky Manhattan

• 2 shots Whiskey (Ideally American Rye)
• 3/4 shot Sweet Vermouth
• 2 Dashes orange and/or Angostura Bitters
• Cherry to garnish

Kinda like an Old Fashioned – but using vermouth instead of sugar.

Mix with ice and sieve into a coup glass – cherry to garnish. Don’t let it sit on the ice for long, or its too wet.
