2 cups Allbran
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup golden syrup
1 egg
1 cup milk
Combine dry ingredints. Warm the golden syrup. Add milk and egg, and mix well. Combine mixtures and fold together.
200°C for 10-12 minutes.
