- 4 cups greek yogurt
- 1 & 2/3 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon/ lime juice
- zest of 1 lemon (grated)
- zest of 1 lime (grated)
beat the juice and sugar, add the yoghurt and peel. Churn in an icecream maker and freeze the soft-scoop.
Tastes like lemon cheese-cake mix!
